Abstract
The research aims at determining the role of the faculties of education in Iraqi universities in promoting and developing the concepts of human rights among the students. The researcher emphasized the importance of highlighting the student activities such as cultural, social, artistic and sports. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method to achieve the research goals. The researcher used the (SWOT) tool to analyze the results of the research. The results led to a set of recommendations focusing on the role of student activities in promoting and developing the human rights culture of students.
