| The empirical research was conducted on a sample of junior players to handball and by (20) as the player has been prepared for the program included exercises for the attack in order to develop some individual physical abilities and fitness heart of the players. And nkmen importance of research in the use of exercises attack the individual , it is for the upgrading of physical and functional for the players by raising the level of physical performance for some skills in the game of handball as well as raies the level of fitness heart and through statistical treatments was reached that the exercise of the attack the individual and stomach through a program regulated was its effect in raising the level of performance of some physical abilities as well as fitness heart, and put researchers a number of recommendations included the diversity of exercises for and applied to the formations defense in addition to conducting such a research on other age groups, and focus on the conduct periodic tests and functional and physical to assess the situation and level of physical and functional. | ||
