| TS in each day dozens of criminal judicial decisions may be mostly correct, some of which some are wrong, despite a few wrong decisions but that doesn't prevent from establishing control over judicial decisions to limit the mistakes committed by the criminal judge in assessing the evidence, the magnitude of the error is determined by the type of error committed by the latter it may be fundamentally wrong and may be configurable error , Note that it was due to several reasons including the lack of expertise, misinterpretation of the provisions of the law, ignoring the criminal judge scrutinized the evidence and proof, which follows that judicial decision is faulty . | ||
