Abstract
The insured under the insurance contract is committed to collective terrorist risk , the granting of the warranty for each one of the group of insured them participants in this decade, for all the risk of risk insurance student wanted secured against it, and have been identified in the document of the collective insurance; the agreement between the latter and the insurer to generate increased collective contract, and then if any of those risks to any of the insured person to them collectively, the INSURER to proceed with the implementation of its commitment to social security; and of the performance of the insurance amount specified in the document, the owner of a right , whether insured , himself or others appointed by the beneficiaries . And do not acquire any person the right to have access to the insurer , unless a collective insurance contract ; and acquired an insured Committee , and therefore could not deny gained this capacity of the warranty, except for specific reasons; if the insured person has abstained from the payment of insurance premiums entrusted to him, or that the relationship of a student insurance has elapsed for any reason, leading to the loss of their INSURED to Him , and, therefore, out of the circle of ensuring the faithful, and others .
