	Implementations of violating the personality rights by publishing by social media sites

Abstract
The publication areas was affected like other areas generally with appearance of the internet, and the increasing of Social media sites in particular, it doesn’t limiter in the scope of the newspapers or magazines anymore, but it became like a couple for every individual, and nowadays everyone has an account in those Social media sites, and publishes whatever he wants. But the possibilities that given by social media sites formed a fertile ground to attacking on the rights of personality of persons especially from the users who are using the fake names to access those sites. So we will discuss in this topic the forms of abuse on the rights of personality in social media sites, especially the right to a private life, the right to reputation, the right to be forgotten, and the right to the image, aspiring to put a civil legislative confrontation to the aggressors of this rights on this sites.
