Abstract
The phenomenon of illegal immigration began to increase, and thus has become the case of interest to the community, both among the Arab States, or among the States of the Arab and the European Commission. And the illegal immigration problem to States which resorted to these immigrants and the head of the European countries which are at the top of the countries that receive large numbers of illegal migrants from the countries of North Africa in particular. But this phenomenon is not new, they have started since the 1960s of the last century, the International Labor Organization estimates that the average size of illegal immigration increased from 10-15% The number of migrants in the world, the International Organization for Migration are estimated that the volume of illegal immigration to countries of the European Union countries up to 1.5 million individuals. The European organization for the Border Control of the European Union declared that the proportion of illegal migrants entering the European Union countries, increased by 250% during the months of January and February 2015, compared with the same period in 2014.
