Abstract
After analytical study for the sections of this modest research, we find that the Jordanian legislature adds new specialties to the specialties of the International Court of Justice according to the Law No. 12 of 1992. The Jordanian legislature, however, kept the general jurisdiction of the Administrative Disputes a specialist of the regular courts and we also note that the Jordanian Constitution did not consider the organizing principle of constitutional control on the constitutionality of laws. We hope that the Jordanian law clearly acknowledges the constitutional control like other constitutions such as Egypt and France, as well as the establishment of a constitutional court laws which were mentioned in the Jordanian National Charter. As we concluded any result of that the Jordanian legislature did not address the issue of the Constitution immunization. We wish to take the initiative to address this issue in the Constitution, warns of the laws on the immunization of any administrative action or decision of control In order to ensure that the rights and freedoms of individuals, and we have come to the Highest Court of Justice did not recognize the right of its sources litigation, despite clear these decisions, fortified his sources the right of litigation, as we have noted that the Supreme Court of Justice jurisprudence distinguished categorically that the word is not intended not to appeal administrative decision before the competent judicial authority, but is intended to be the lack of contacts administrative appeal or grievance.
