| Abstract | ||
| The Judicial control over the disciplinary associative decisions is considered as one of the disciplinary guarantees at the area of association work, involving the case of termination the disciplinary decision, whereas the disciplinary decision is subjected to the provisions, principles, and theories of the administrative law, at all aspects of this decision. We have illustrated in this research the case of termination the disciplinary associative decision as it has been effective in the termination case in administrative judiciary, and the legal document to file this case whether on the Jordanian administrative judiciary law or professional associations' laws, we also illustrate the required conditions to file the case, the reasons for filing the case, as well as the consequences of termination the disciplinary associative decision, with a purpose of getting rid of failure areas in associative legislations at this field, and in order to insure not to enforce the associative disciplinary councils to misuse the law, through insuring the appropriateness and legitimacy of all associative disciplinary decisions. | ||
