| Abstract | ||
| In this, research , several methods have been used to prepare the Insb Compounds . The study of X- ray diffraction shows that there is a second phase which is In, Sb when use gas flow and vacuum methods respectively . However , the vibrational and rotational of the closed ampoules have shown good results for stoichometry homogeneity of the Insb compounds. | ||
