Abstract
Japan-China dispute on Senkaku and Diaoyudao islands remains an issue, aroused now and then forming a threat for the peace of those two countries and hinders their relations. According to the treaty of San Francisco for peace in 1951, USA managed these islands till 1972 when America got it back to Japan according to the treaty of getting Okinawa back. The dispute revived once again since the discovery of oil resources near the islands in 1969. This dispute was reflected on the type of relations between the two states in 1972 till 1978 passing through the treaty of peace.
