Abstract
This paper aims at knowing the effectiveness of using a training program that is based on the cubing strategy to develop the teaching skills of first class teacher students – College of Basic Education. To achieve the goal, the two researchers selected a semi-experimental design with pre- and post-test for two groups, one is experimental and the other is a control group. The research sample consisted of 62 male and female students from the department of first class teacher students, College of Basic Education in 2016-2017.
