| Abstract | ||
| The research aims to prepare special exercises to develop the fixed power and to identify the differences between the results of the tribal tests and dimensional static strength and technical performance of my skills pivot angular and stand on your hands on your throat for the two experimental and control group and to identify the differences between the experimental and control groups in the results of the post tests of fixed strength and technical performance of my skills pivot angular and handstand on the throat device, it may represent the research community my players junior gymnastics who are trained in the training specialist center in Dhi Qar province, totaling (6) players aged (11-13 years), has represented the research sample that was selected purposively ratio ( 100%) of the research community, since there is in the province of Dhi Qar training center last the same level of players as well as the age itself, and divided the sample randomly by lot into two groups (experimental and control group) the number of members of each group (3) players, and after dealing with the results tribal tests and a posteriori using appropriate statistical methods researcher concluded the following: - The proposed special exercise contributed to the development of fixed power. - Was to develop a fixed-force effect is important in the development of motor skills on your Rings. - Significant results showed the control group to test the hard crunch through the pivot angle. - Advanced experimental group that used exercise proposed to the control group in the development of fixed power and the level of technical performance on the throat device. | ||
