Abstract
The study aimed at evaluating the training curriculum according to the total difficulty and absolute density of training units for advanced handball players during the first special numbers stage. And to standardize training modules based on the calendar of the training load and according to the total difficulty and the absolute density of training units for advanced handball players during the second special stage after the competitions. And to identify the differences between the results of tribal and remote tests, and remote dimension during the period of special numbers I and the second level of offensive performance. The researcher hypothesized that there was a positive effect on the use of the training modules in developing the level of skill and offensive performance of the advanced handball players as well as significant differences between the results of the tribal and remote tests of the first measure (the trainer's approach) and the measurement (the second modified) and for the tests of the dimension. As well as the existence of significant differences between the results of the tests of distance (coach, modified approach). And for the second measurement (modified approach). The two researchers dealt in theoretical studies, evaluation of the curriculum, goals of the curriculum and the overall difficulty of the training unit. The two researchers used the one-group experimental approach to suit the problem of research and achieve goals. The researchers chose the sample in a deliberate manner and represented the South Handball Club for the season (2011-2012) as they obtained the advanced positions in the country and they have many external participations (16) Of the research community of (21) players and (76.19%). The researchers have verified the homogeneity of the research sample. The researchers conducted the experiment and the researchers conducted the first tribal measurement (for the coach) on 11/1/2012. The first training curriculum was applied to the trainer for two months and the first training unit was started on 15/1/2012 and ended on 11/3/2012, and then they conducted the first distance measurement for the trainer on 15/3/2012. After the second measurement (modified curriculum) the tribal measurement of the modified curriculum was completed on 6/1/2012 and the modified training curriculum was applied for two months and the first training unit was started on 10/1/2013 and ended on 7/3/2013. The researchers then carried out the post - Modified on 11/3/2013. After obtaining the final results were processed statistically through the statistical program (SPSS) was presented and analyzed and discussed in the fourth section and then the researchers reached the following conclusions: The approach used by the coach has developed the level of offensive performance of players despite irregularly codified, That the curriculum modified by the researchers contributed to the development of the level of performance of offensive players according to the correct training difficulty and correct regulation. In light of the conclusions, the researchers reached the following recommendations: Adopting the modified exercises according to the scientific bases of the total difficulty of the training unit because of their effect in improving the offensive level. The instructor should also pay attention to laying the foundations and principles of scientific training in dealing with the training load and the lack of consistency in training loads in terms of Components of physical pregnancy.
