Abstract
The exercise is a wide concept and includes many experiences and in many locations and at different times and in different circumstances and situations that fall within the various methods must follow the correct planning and guidance in the use and organization and scheduling exercises to learn and how to exercise because it is linked to the impact on learning, it must not add much time because the exercise is Performance or performance of a particular work, and that this science depends primarily on the use of laws and foundations used in the science of biomechanics and analyzes also the means by which the phenomenon covered by the study as if they were divided into parts or basic elements, also known as a study The movement and knowledge of the effect of descriptive and causal variables to improve the level of movement performance and achieve the goal. The problem of the research is that the researchers did not use special exercises and aids used in a large form to improve performance and result all these reasons combined, the researchers led the study through the preparation of special exercises and aids based on mechanical foundations so that the workers in this The field works with the results obtained. The main objectives of the research were: 1. Preparing exercises and special aids in teaching the performance of the direct strike skill according to some biomechanical variables for ages 13-14 years in football. 2. Identify the degree of accuracy in the tribal test and for both control and experimental groups during the implementation of the direct free kick to football. The most important research hypotheses were represented below: 1. There are significant differences of statistical significance in the accuracy test between the tribal and remote tests and for all control and experimental groups and for the benefit of remote tests during the implementation of direct free kick to football. The researcher used the experimental method in the style of the two groups of tribal and remote tests to suit the nature of the research problem. The research society determines the specialized football players who are trained in the specialized center in the province of Dhi Qar. The sample was 20% (66.66%) of the original community. They were divided into experimental and control groups with 10 players per group. The special exercises were applied by the researchers to the experimental group. The control group applied the curriculum followed by the trainer. 1. The curriculum using special exercises and assistive devices has a positive effect on the development of all the biomechanical variables of the direct strike skill of the experimental group. 2. The experimental group achieved a significant evolution in the values of all the biomechanical variables by comparing the tribal and remote tests of direct free strike skill. This is what the results of the variables showed from differences between the averages.
