| Our world is now undergoing a great scientific revolution based on conscious planning that deals with all sciences and knowledge to build human beings and advance them in various fields of knowledge, fields and techniques. Therefore, societies have given great care to students so that they can build their country in the future through physical, mental and psychological preparation. The development of individuals and the acquisition of skills and cultures and development of different ages, and psychological compatibility is one of the basic concepts in individuals, through which individuals reach to stability and social adjustment with the environment and modify behavior and experience and How to respond to life challenges. The problem of the research lies in the observation of the researchers of the orphanages, noting that there are no guidance programs based on the game to develop psychological compatibility, which called for working on the preparation of a program based on the guidance of collective play and to know the impact in improving psychological compatibility, which contributes to an atmosphere of fun and empathy and respect and positive interaction And strengthening social relations among students of orphanages. The main objectives of the research were: 1. Preparing a training program using group play for students of orphanages. 2. Standardization of the Psychological Compatibility Scale among the students of orphanages in Nasiriyah. The researchers chose the experimental approach in the style of the experimental group to suit the nature of the problem to be considered as the experimental method "the closest research methods to solve problems in the scientific way The research community was identified from the students of the orphanages of (50) students and ages ranging from 10-12 The sample consisted of (40) students from orphanages (80%) of the original community, randomly selected and (5) (10%) students for the stability sample and (5) by (10%) students The pilot program was prepared by the researchers in the research sample, and through the results reached the researchers concluded a set of conclusions that were the following: 1. The training program using team play prepared by the researchers is able to improve psychological compatibility in the research sample. 2. Group play has a positive impact and effectiveness in improving the psychological compatibility among students of orphanages. 3. The application of the educational program using group play to make students participate actively and create an atmosphere with the community of fun and fun and cooperation among them. | ||
