| Research into preparation of proposed exercises fit and a sample search and identify the effect of the proposed exercise in speed of response and identify the relationship between the kinetic response speed and skill transmitter receiver volleyball, either research hypotheses were: statistically significant differences between pre tests on a variable speed motor response volleyball players, a relationship between the kinetic response speed and receive dispatch volleyball players. The researcher used experimental method design group either search sample consisted of Iraq national football players in volleyball and 3 players were excluded for not attending research sample consisted of 4 players from the youth team. The researcher has conducted tests and tribal application experience President and then after testing. After getting the results were processed statistically and then analysed and discussed, the researcher concluded that the sample has evolved kinetic response speed in transition and quickly respond to arms as a result of the application of the proposed exercise recommendations: the need to train players to receive transmissions from the left, as well as using the proposed exercises to achieve better development in rapid response to other samples. | ||
