| In this research the researcher had discuss the javelin and their importance within the activities of athletics, The goal of this sport is to throw the javelin as farther as possible , so the researcher considered the throwing stage as the most important part of the technical stages of performance and the cornerstone for completion of this sport, The research problem is the presence of the weakness of the players and the inability to complete the stage by shooting High capacity despite its importance in the transfer of kinetic energy from parts of the body to the spear, So the researcher did a special exercises to develop the performance of the player and to increase their ability to complete the throwing stage properly and perfectly and thus achieve the development. | ||
