| Abstract | ||
| unemployment is a disease that affects that body of the economies of most developed and developing countries. Societies have to cope with this serious disease because it has political , social and cultural implications. And a painful structure that affects the dignity and livelihood of the human being and must be sought for all effective remedies at all levels , whether economic , financial or even educational and financial policy , which is part of economic policies and a major role in treatment of unemployment and unemployment It is necessary to forget that fiscal policy is not the only successful instrument . It is one of a number of solutions . We must also strive for harmony between the fiscal and monetary policies to deal with this serious disease. | ||
