Abstract
This research deals with the request obliging the disputer to present the document at hand as a means of the proof means that plays an important rote in persuading the Judge and formulating his doctrine and as a result to give the Judgment in the Topic, that forms the exclusion from the general origin, that states it is un – allowed to oblige the disputer to introduce an evidence against himself except in the cases mentioned by the Jordanian legislator in article (20) from the Jordanian evidence law, for example represents in two cases, which are if the law permits the request to introduce or deliver them, and if his disputer depends on them at any stage of the lawsuit stages according to the provisions and the procedures determined by the law. The Jordanian legislator has mentioned this exclusion to a chive justice and its good proceeding, and not to hide the facts and its aspects. The research problem represents in considering the request obliging the disputer to introduce the document at his hand an exclusion to general origin that states it is un – allowable to oblige the disputer to in traduce the evidence against himself, and how to introduce the request from the practical side, and the procedures the request to oblige the disputer to introduce the document at his hand includes introducing the request and the documents, and the descriptions that should be mentioned, and the resulting penalty from not doing so, and the form in which the request is presenting, and the legal period to introduce it, and the judge's authority to accept or reject the request.
