Abstract
The Keystone of research is to study the nature of Argumentation wich is contained in the sermon of Imam Ali (As) named (Jihad speech) It is one of the Nahj sermons. We tried to touch the Argumentation of Imam Ali with his companions defeatists for influential Jihad. Who are preferred to rest with humiliation and shame. The Argumentation is a structure based on architecture language used for the purpose of rhetorical deliberative persuasive idea of what has found clearly in this sermon, there are five types of argumentation (the argument of causality where we find that Imam links the consequences of things with their causes so what happened and got because they leave Jihad so he is argued they made a statement bounty and the consequences of leaving).(comparison arguments Imam Ali makes a comparsion between their dispersed although they are rights with their enemies who are united although they are void). (Facts arguments) which are based on the convictions of up scale in its correctness supported by reason and logic).(There is also videntiary arguments which is based inference statements precedented alert them to the disastrous results from their leaving of Jihad).(Dialogic arguments which is based on argumentation of the orbit time).
