| Abstract | ||
| The current study tackles a message of a guardian of Him to state all the tenets, significantly economical, in ruling a state and could be regarded, as being scrutinized much, as an essential constitution for those who pay much heed to developing the economical systems to have prosperity as there are many loci of development and it comes in line with the most recently invented theories of the economical development and eveternity. The study gives importance to the economical development as it is believed that the covenant is an introduction to the economical development , in light of the Malik Al-Ashatar covenant, though it is void of the word «development»; as there are many tenets pertinent to the development in the Al-`Alawi covenant that lays the foundations of the economical development to the last. | ||
