| The Process of state management and State Organization considers as The basis for central link which its the power in which the organization process following it and whenever this process was near to. It was more owner ship of. and this process requires controls and legislation to be legitimate . therefore the Social thought in I slam is derived from its philosophical and ideological Sobriety from the Lord (blessed be his name)enshrined in Holy Quran as intellectual and ideological basis for true Islamic religion and the practice (Sunnah) of the prophet frames ideological Structure (practical , application, analytical and detailed)from the behavioral practices instituted by the holy prophet. Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family) and Imam Ali's covenant forms culmination aimed at that thought in practical terms and fertile field during the era of Imam Ali. It forms most data of intellectual and ideological building and it is the most effect in the Islamic society life at that time. And from this the idea of the research exploration in the structure of Imam Ali speech in his famous covenant for Malik Al- Ashtar came to me in which, I am confined on his political and judicial reformations and it is rules giving it a title as (the regularity) of social structure in Imam Ali's covenant…… (for instance policy and judiciary) and I hope to search in other social structure (moral, managerial and economical) for other opportunities taking that into account. | ||
