Abstract
The research aims to prepare the training program applied during the training modules for the referees to develop (the maximum speed and carry speed) for the purpose of passing fitness tests, in order to move quickly to take the appropriate position and correct positioning in the field of play to create a wide angle of view to take the right decision, the researcher used the experimental method style (two groups of equal) for suitability nature of the problem, it was identified research community represented by the Referees of first-class football for the area south of the accredited to the Iraqi football Federation season (2014-2015) totaling (62) Referees was chosen as the study sample way intentional from the Referees of the province of Wasit (16) Referees, as it accounted for (25.80 %) of the original community, were distributed into two groups randomly, including (8) Referees, the experimental group and (8) Referees for the control group, after it is a homogeneity and parity of the two groups in variables of the study, and after a series of field actions of ensuring the validity of the tests that measure the variables under study, began researcher conducted a major experience and application tests, the researcher used appropriate statistical methods using statistical Pouch (spss) for data processing The researcher concluded that training for the Referees of planning an urgent need to put the Referee in accordance with the physical program to participate in the duties of Refereeing, and that the program the user has proven that legalizing the comforts interfaces must be accompanied by the referees training to get good physical qualities and maximum carrying speed such as speeding, has recommended to the need for planning for rest periods intra Referees in their own training modules, and that the program prepared by the researcher of the main pillars that can be relied on in training modules for Referees.
