| The research includes five chapters, the researcher to the following: Ensure that the first chapter on the front and the importance of research, where the importance of research in measuring the level of leadership of organizational behavior in the departments of sports and school activities in the management and organization of Scout camps in the central and southern regions were the research problem in the small number of Scout camps set up in the provinces of the country. The objectives of research was designed scale to learn to measure the level of leadership of organizational behavior in the management and organization of Scout camps to districts and school sports activity in the central and southern regions. | ||
