Abstract
This study is an attempt to determine the impact of Logistic Distribution in achieving customer satisfaction. The topic of logistics and its activities, together with the subject of customer satisfaction, has become increasingly important in the fields of logistics management and marketing. As the increase in products, their types and the variation in their quality levels have led the organizations to increase attention to logistics distribution and its activities, which can enhance customer satisfaction and thus ensure the organization for its survival and growth in the business world. The customer needs different types of services and since the need for these services varies from one customer to another, organizations must analyze and adopt the customer's preferred needs. Attention to the needs and desires of the customer is essential to increase the organization's sales first and obtain repeated requests for its products. Second, the failure of the organization to meet and provide the required level of service may mean the loss of customers. The importance of the study is as follows: 1- Helping the company in understanding how to implement logistics distribution, and thus the possibility of using the results of the study as a basis for evaluating the performance of the organization by department managers. 2- The theoretical and practical framework of the variables of the study and the deepening of their understanding. In theory, if Logistic study provides a deeper philosophical perspective of the variables associated with it and thus contribute to increasing the intellectual enrichment and accumulation of knowledge of its variables. In practice, the study of Logistic distribution may allow to enhance customer satisfaction of the organization.
