Abstract
Intellectual capital represents an intangible asset of importance to the organization aimed at achieving excellence and innovation in the provision of products, as the attention of the top management of industrial organizations intellectual resource can be reflected in the achievement of technical innovation through the introduction of new products unique or the development of existing products and in which they can win great over its other competitors and then achieve success and continuous growth in the business world . Hence, the main purpose of this research is to study the Effect of Components Intellectual Capital in achieving Technical Innovation ,The problem of research was through the questions about the extent of the relationship and Effect of the components of intellectual capital in the achievement of technical innovation within the Hilla Textile Factory, and to achieve the objectives of the research has been tested two main hypothesis and another sub. The research conducted on a random sample of 49 Person of the workers in the textile factory Hilla, The data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The most important results of the research provide a good level of knowledge capital, which is reflected by the presence of creative individuals with talents and knowledge, which can be employed to achieve technical innovation in the plant researched ,The plant has an abundance of substitutes for raw materials and parts for inputs to the production process, which can be invested by providing new products, Moreover, the management of Hilla Textile Factory needs to enhance the confidence of employees to overcome problems related to anxiety and weak sense of job security. While the study recommended the need to pay attention to customer proposals and try to meet these proposals through translation to specifications of the new product to meet the needs and desires of customers and also the need to take advantage of the abundance of alternatives to raw materials and parts of the input process of production, which can contribute to the development of existing products or the introduction of new products and thus achieving technical innovation.
