Abstract
After hiring the style of envelope analysis of the data using a specimen returns of fixed size (CRS) and the model returns the changing size (VRS) to measure the efficiency of the faculties of Anbar Private University for the period 2010-2013, the average efficiency of the pan colleges for the academic year (2010-2011) stood at returns of fixed-size model (0.66), while in the variable returns to scale model amounted to 0.73)), while the average efficiency decreased in the academic year (2011-2012) to (0.58) in the returns of fixed size and model (0.66) returns in the changing size model, which indicates the low efficiency of the colleges Anbar University levels due to lack of optimal use of inputs such colleges as well as the presence of stagnant inputs or outputs surplus led to low efficiency levels, and the average efficiency of the academic year (2012-2013) to (0.77) in returns of fixed-size model and (0.85) returns in the fixed-size model which shows the contrast levels of efficiency to the faculties of the University of Anbar three years of study, which means accepting the study hypothesis (that the faculties of the University of Anbar vary in the degree of the relative levels of efficiency in terms of achieving the optimum utilization of resources available to them).
