| Abstract | ||
| Abstract:Thin film of SnO2 were prepared by thermal chemical spray deposition technique at different substrate temperatures ( 350 ,450 ,550 ) °C and prepared samples were annealed for 30 minutes at different annealing temperatures ( 300,400) °C . the D.C conductivity was studied , and there were two activation energies for the prepared films , and also two mechanisms of conductivity , first at low temperatures and the second at high temperatures. The activation energies looked to be increased at annealing temperature 200 °C and decreased at annealing temperature 300 °C. | ||
