| We dealt with in this study, a legal system to hold indefinitely demonstrated his concept and a mechanism to take place and the statement provoked the importance of high legal, which is occupied by protecting the gentiles bona fide dealing with the parties to this Contract, and reduce circumvent the debtor's legal evasion of its creditors and that the conclusion of legal actions lead to the weakening of his duty of financial which is a general guarantee for the creditors.
