Abstract
The modern education seeks to develop the individual's skills in thinking and education and then its priorities. It is one of the things that are seen with importance as the role of the individual is transferred from the role of the recipient or keeper without thinking in the same information to the role of the researcher or the seeker of information Of the rigid processes that were previously seen in education issues. The researcher chose the fifth grade of practical importance because the students at this stage grow their thinking and increase their expectations and expand their experiences and these variables work to expand their imagination and change their status of the ambiguity of the desired objectives to clarity and how to achieve, which leads to an increase in the level of scientific. The results indicated that there was a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the experimental group students who studied using the organizational skills and average scores of the students of the control group who studied the usual method of collection for the experimental group. 1. The adoption of organizational skills granted students freedom of expression and parents of opinion without fear or shame and made students the center of the educational process. 2. The use of these skills in teaching helped students to focus on the information required to learn and facilitated the process of recording and storing information in memory and work on the transition from short memory to long-term memory. تسعى التربية الحديثة على تطوير مهارات الفرد في التفكير والتعلم وبعد ذلك من اولوياتها وهي من الامور التي ينظر اليها بعين الاهمية حيث تنقل دور الفرد من دور المتلقي او الحافظ بدون تفكير في المعلومة نفسها الى دور الباحث او المتقصي عن المعلومات أي تجعل نشاط العقل اكثر تعقيدا وتجريدا من العمليات الجامدة التي كان ينظر اليها سابقا في قضايا التربية والتعليم . وقد اختارت الباحثة الصف الخامس التطبيقي لأهميته لان الطالبات في هذه المرحلة ينمو تفكيرهن ويزداد ذكاؤهن وتتسع خبراتهن وتعمل هذه المتغيرات عملها في توسيع خيالهن فتتغير حالتهن من حالة غموض الاهداف المرجوة الى وضوحها وكيفية تحقيقها مما يؤدي الى زيادة في رقي مستواهن العلمي . وقد اشارت النتائج الى وجود فرق ذو دلالة احصائية بين متوسطي درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية اللاتي درسن باستعمال مهارات التنظيم ومتوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة الضابطة اللاتي درسن بالطريقة الاعتيادية في التحصيل لصالح المجموعة التجريبية وترى الباحثة ان ذلك يعود الى : 1. ان اعتماد مهارات التنظيم منحت الطالبات الحرية في التعبير وابداء الراي من غير خوف او خجل وجعلت الطالبات محور العملية التعليمية . 2. ان استعمال هذه المهارات في التدريس ساعدت الطالبات على التركيز على المعلومات المطلوب تعلمها وسهلت عملية تسجيل وتخزين المعلومات في الذاكرة والعمل على انتقالها من الذاكرة القصيرة الى الذاكرة البعيدة المدى ( جودة التعلم ). الكلمات المفتاحية: الفاعلية , مهارات التنظيم , الصف الخامس الإعدادي (التطبيقي)
