Abstract
The Present research aims constructing a training program according to the productive thinking for the teachers of Biology, and verifying its effect in impact in their education motivational Orientation The researchers adopted a partial experimental design of two equal groups. The current research community includes the teachers of Biology of the preparatory stage of the secondary and preparatory schools of the General Directorate for the Education of holy Karbala for the academic year (2017-2018). The sample size was( 42) teachers , the researchers conducted the equivalence of the two sets of research variables (years of service, certificate, training courses, gender, previous information and the scale of trends of motivation of education), the training program was built in three stages (Planning, implementation, evaluation) It defined( 10) training days by two sessions per day, at the time of the three hours, the instrument was built motivation orientations scale, consisting of (82) paragraphs. The results showed that the experimental group of teachers biology who took part in the training program surpassed the control group in the educational motivation orientations. In light of the results of the current research, the researchers concluded a number of conclusions, including the effectiveness of the training program according to the productive thinking, in the training of teachers and biology teachers to teach the biology of the fifth grade of science has an impact on increasing the motivation of their education motivation. The researchers also recommended a set of recommendations and proposals. يهدف البحث الحالي إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي وفقا للتفكير المنتج لمدرسي علم الاحياء ، والتحقق من اثره في توجهات دافعية التعليم لديهم ، اعتمد الباحثان التصميم التجريبي ذا الضبط الجزئي لمجموعتين متكافئتين. يشمل مجتمع البحث الحالي مدرسي ومدرسات مادة علم الاحياء للمرحلة الاعدادية للمدارس الثانوية والاعدادية الحكومية التابعة للمديرية العامة لتربية كربلاء المقدسة للعام الدراسي (2017- 2018) . بلغ حجم العينة (42) مدرسا ومدرسة ، اجرى الباحثان التكافؤ لمجموعتي البحث بمتغيرات ( سنوات الخدمة ، الشهادة، الدورات التدريبية ، الجنس ، المعلومات السابقة ومقياس توجهات دافعية التعليم )، تم بناء البرنامج التدريبي وفق ثلاث مراحل (التخطيط، التنفيذ، التقويم) حددت (10) ايام تدريبية بواقع جلستين باليوم الواحد، وقت الجلستين ثلاث ساعات ، جرى بناء الاداة لمقياس توجهات دافعية التعليم ، تألف من (82) فقرة، أظهرت النتائج تفوق المجموعة التجريبية مدرسي ومدرسات علم الاحياء الذين شاركوا بالبرنامج التدريبي على المجموعة الضابطة في مقياس توجهات دافعية التعليم،. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث الحالي استنتج الباحثان عدد من الاستنتاجات منها فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي وفقاً للتفكير المنتج، في تدريب مدرسي ومدرسات علم الاحياء لتدريس مادة علم الاحياء للصف الخامس العلمي له اثر في زيادة توجهات دافعية التعليم لديهم، كما اوصى الباحثان بمجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات.
