Abstract
This research attempts to address issues related to the persuasion strategy pursued by the Great Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) in the administration of the great change that led him from the Arabian Peninsula to the farthest gathering of human beings in the remotest land. It should be noted that the management of change and its strategies, including the logical persuasion strategy, are a modern human sciences in the areas educational and psychological change, followed by a major breakthrough in the world at the level of change management, business management and management Individuals, time management, psychological change and social change, when we look at the need of our country Iraq in general, and the need for our specialized colleges in humanities and Islamic sciences we find that such research can be achieved in response to those needs, especially with the existence of a rich living heritage of prophetic biography Honourable, the overwhelming tender that she carries is enough to learn and manage change strategies, including logical persuasion, which can be useful in the work of pedagogic professors in their dealings with students. The research has adopted the analytical descriptive scientific approach (content analysis) in line with the reality of contemporary human sciences, to try to reach its targets in the shortest the most accurate and useful ways to learn about the logical persuasion strategy in managing change at the greatest Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) Of the Islamic Ummah, the importance of this strategy relative to other strategies, and its impact in bringing about change in the attitudes of others. The research came out with a number of findings and recommendations, followed by the list of sources and references from which it was reported. هذا البحث يحاول معالجة القضايا المتعلقة بإستراتيجية الإقناع التي اتبعها الرسول الأعظم محمد صلى الله عليه وآله في إدارته للتغيير الكبير الذي قاد زمامه منطلقا من شبه الجزيرة العربية حتى أبعد تجمع لبني الإنسان في أقصى الأرض . ومما تجدر الإشارة إليه أن إدارة التغيير وإستراتيجياته، ومنها إستراتيجية الإقناع المنطقي ، تعد من العلوم الإنسانية الحديثة في المجالات التربوية والنفسية المتبعة في تحقيق التغيير ، وقد أحدث إتباعها طفرة كبيرة في العالم على مستوى إدارة التغيير، وإدارة الأعمال وإدارة الأفراد، وإدارة الوقت، والتغيير النفسي والتغيير الاجتماعي ، وحين ننظر في حاجة بلدنا العراق عامة، وحاجة كلياتنا المتخصصة في العلوم الإنسانية والعلوم الإسلامية نجد أن مثل هذه البحوث يمكن أن تحقق تلبية لتلك الحاجات، لاسيما مع وجود تراث حي غزير متمثل بالسيرة النبوية الشريفة، فإن في العطاء الغامر الذي تحمله كفاية لتعلم إستراتيجيات التغيير وإدارته، ومنها الاقناع المنطقي، الذي يمكن الإفادة منه في عمل الأساتذة التربويين في تعاملهم مع الطلبة. وقد اعتمد البحث المنهج العلمي الوصفي التحليلي (تحليل المحتوى) انسجاما مع واقع العلوم الإنسانية المعاصرة، ليحاول الوصول إلى مراميه بأقصر السبل وأدقها وأنفعها، من أجل التعرف على إستراتيجية الإقناع المنطقي في إدارة التغيير عند الرسول الأعظم محمد صلى الله عليه واله وسلم للأمة الإسلامية ، وأهمية هذه الإستراتيجية نسبة إلى الإستراتيجيات الأخرى ، وأثرها في إحداث التغيير في مواقف الآخرين . وقد خرج البحث بجملة نتائج وعدد من التوصيات أعقبتها قائمة المصادر والمراجع التي أفاد منها.
