| Abstract | ||
| God chose from His slaves messengers and prophets to guide them to carry His message and guide people to the path of truth and righteousness, and highlight the importance of studying their lives and their impact in their societies in the religious and historical aspects. The sons of Israel were distinguished by the large number of prophets who sent them, and the prophet Elijah was one of the most important ones. He appeared in the dark historical period of the Jews, which followed the Golden Age during the rule of the prophet David and his son Solomon. The role of the prophet Elijah was to try to bring the children of Israel back to the correct doctrine and to warn their kings to do so. Then he gave the Jewish heritage a greater influence on him based on some of the few references in the Torah that can be interpreted from several aspects of the valley A belief in the salvation and hope of the Jews of the emergence of a faithful Messiah who achieves the state of the Great Jews to avenge their enemies and control the world according to events formulated in the Jewish imagination based on some biblical texts affected by the ancient civilizations that embraced it and had the same idea as Babylonians, Assyrians and Persians, The history of the Jews and then internationalization and transformation of political and propaganda reasons. The research discussed the life of the prophet Elijah in his various stages according to what was mentioned in the Torah. He analyzed and criticized the inappropriate image that he showed in him. He then discussed the doctrine of Jewish salvation and the impact of the prophet Elijah. The research was based on a number of different sources, From historical sources that examined the history of the Jews and their beliefs . | ||
