Abstract
Arab and Islamic countries experienced a period of backwardness and deprivation in the wake of the fall of the Abbasid caliphate in the middle of the seventh century AH, after the domination of the foreign invading forces of the Arab and Islamic countries, including the cities of Iraq in general and the city of Mosul in particular, the period of their reign described the dark ages because of their bad governance and their ongoing conflicts, Three centuries ago, the Mongols of Tatar, the Gallerians, the Cow Quinlou, and the Aquilines began to conquer the Safavids. Although their ages were marked by destruction and ruin, in all religious, civil, cultural and urban aspects, The discovery of many antiquities and architectural artifacts, in the buildings of Mosul, Islamic and Christian, such as mihrabs, Hanaya, energies, windows and others, which are still divided to the present, thanks to the population of Mosul and its scientists.
