| Varions approaches are awailable for studying Islamic law of which the approach based on a certain theory Becamse of individnal condnct together with the ignoramco of the terms of Islamic low. agreat demand has appeared, viz. "the absence of Islamic legislation" concerning the common tact in society this has been a motive for studying the theory of tact in Islamic Low. the study starts with a definition of the "theory of tact" to be followed by a surey of its origin. some practical samples are presented. key words: common Belief, easy- going Gallantry. ). | ||
