| Knowing the difficulties faced by the coaches of artistic activity in the colleges of the University of Baghdad and suggestions to solve them, is a work calendar scientific help in the development of the educational process, and the stand on the opinion of coaches to identify these difficulties and their contribution to the expression for the facilitation of treatment, may stimulate the researcher to do the researched . The study aimed to reveal these difficulties, according to the opinions of coaches and to develop proposals to resolve these difficulties. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for discussion on a sample of (28) coach and trainer, and after using the means reached statistical researcher to: • The most instructors are in need of artistic activity to the training courses related to all kinds of arts, exhibitions and inform them of the developments that occur within and outside the country. • that more difficulties faced by the trainers can be solved by monitoring the amounts of money enough to buy materials and equipment and maintenance of equipment and pay cash rewards for students and trainers and the establishment of specialized halls. • There is a great desire to show when the coaches role of artistic activity for students at the university level with each other and participating in foreign exhibitions and interior and the expansion of communication. • Lack of cultural awareness for some teachers and students in the importance of artistic activity. • The researcher recommended the recommendations of the Astmdtha of proposals to resolve these difficulties, the sample studied, and some of the proposals recommended for similar studies. • Develop some recommendations and suggestions for future studies. | ||
