| Abstract | ||
| The aim of this study is to show the attitudes and behaviors of top management towards the total quality management and the aspects of applications on the industrial searched companies. The appropriate recommendations have been proposed to adopt the modern philosophy and approach through changing the organizational culture of quality culture. This will be achieved by the training program, sharing of knowledge experiences and focus on the processes and results, instead of focusing on the results and also adopt the customer driven policy.
