| Abstract | ||
| The obsession of food security has dominated on the minds of many nations, have dominated through higher food prices, including wheat in 2008 due to high oil prices and fertilizers. The rapid changes in global climate severely affected the agricultural products, in addition to the increasing tests to the production of biofuels would increase the demand for some agricultural commodities, thereby reducing the area cultivated with wheat at the expense of other crops. This is resulted in huge increases in the burden of food imports, including the Arab countries as a net importer of food commodities, in spite of rising wheat prices worldwide, but that a large proportion of the Arab countries, including sample countries did not shrink the size of imports of this crop as an indispensible food commodity strategy. Search has been assumed that the factors leading to changes in global wheat prices is due in part to the essential patterns of the market, and lead these changes adversely to affect the food security situation. . | ||
