| Abstract | ||
| This study endeavored to define environment protection calibrations to investment decision making. For its strategic role in economic and social activity in any community. In the governorate attempt to develop and widening the industrial base in order to create new job opportunities, the spread of the projects that lead pollution results in the deterioration of the local environment. So, Environment protection has become one of the important factors that should be taken into consideration when making investment decisions, to identify the extent to which the project participate in achieving the society welfare throughout improving the environment and preserving it. The research indicates the importance of environment protection system in assisting the decision makers in Nineveh Governorate at all levels conserve the natural resources and to limit pollution by making use of the law of improvement and protection of environment, issued in 1997. 1997. | ||
