| Abstract | ||
| Abstract The enzymatic activity (exo and endo cellular) of Candida albicans was studies in vitro. The yeast was grown in SDA and the phospholipase activity was measured by plate method, and assayed by use lecithin extracted from egg yolk one of the phosholipid as substrate. The reaction products depend on fatty acid librated from lecithin degradation by enzyme. | ||
