| Abstract | ||
| What appears in most urban environments is poor spatial and functional cohesion, in addition to various factors overlap and mixed within urban projects .We will have to understand the various forms and relationships that help to re-establish cohesion into the urban fabric, Therefore, the research needed to delve deeper into contemporary concepts to deal with it. Contemporary urban projects usually seek to maintain the connection between individual elements and the process of creating cohesion of urban space through its constituent elements. At the same time reduce its negative impact on urban tissue and city life. This highlights the importance of urban synergy as a design strategy in contemporary urban projects to build physical and functional linkages, coordinate relationships and reduce distances between individual structures. The synergistic approach is the linkage point between the existing shape and the surrounding blocks to achieve a comprehensive and flexible entity. In this filed, the research problem was identified: Previous knowledge of urban synergy as a concept from the perspective of developmental characteristics to reach a sustainable urban system, which necessitated the wording formative mechanisms of urban synergy as a design strategy. The objective of the research is to reach a comprehensive theoretical framework that achieves the strategy of urban synergy. This required the construction of a theoretical framework consisting of three main concepts:(urban synergistic approaches, characteristics supporting of spatial synergies, Synergistic Formation Mechanisms). And then apply those concepts to two urban projects, and subtract the search results, and to reach the most important final conclusions on how to apply the strategy of synergistic formation in contemporary urban projects through considering the mediating position in overcoming urban transformation and hybridization and deal with the formative characters on several levels: relationships, places, details. ما یظهر الان فی معظم البیئة الحضریة هو ضعف التماسک المکانی و الوظیفی،بالاضافة الى عوامل مختلفة تتداخل وتختلط داخل المشاریع الحضریة.مما سیتعین علینا فهم الاشکال والعلاقات المتعددة التی تساعد على اعادة التماسک الى النسیج الحضری ، لذا توجب على البحث ضرورة التعمق فی المفاهیم المعاصرة للتعامل معها .وعادة ما تسعى المشاریع الحضریة المعاصرة الى الحفاظ على الاتصال القائم بین العناصر الفردیة و عملیة خلق التماسک للفضاء الحضری من خلال العناصر المکونة له ، وفی الوقت نفسه تقلیل تأثیرها السلبی على الأنسجة الحضریة وحیاة المدینة.مما یبرز اهمیة التازر الحضری Urban Synergyکأستراتیجیة تصمیمیة فی المشاریع الحضریة المعاصرة لبناء الروابط المادیة والوظیفیة ولتنسیق العلاقات وتقلیل المسافات بین الهیاکل الفردیة، حیث یعتبر الاسلوب التآزری نقطة الوصل بین الشکل القائم والکتل المحیطة به للوصول لکیان شامل ومرن . وفی هذا المجال تحددت المشکلة البحثیة : تناول المعرفة السابقة التآزر الحضری کمفهوم من منظور الخصائص التطویریة للوصول الى نظام حضری مستدام مما استوجب ضرورة صیاغة الالیات التشکیلیة للتآزر الحضری کأستراتیجیة تصمیمیة .وتحدد هدف البحث: التوصل الى بناء أطار نظری شامل یحقق استراتیجیة التآزر الحضری. وتطلب تحقیق ذلک بناء إطار نظری یتألف من ثلاثة مفاهیم رئیسیة تمثلت: (مناهج التآزر الحضری،الخصائص الداعمة للتآزر المکانی،آلیات التشکیل التآزری).ومن ثم تطبیق هذه المفاهیم على مشروعین حضریین، ثم طرح نتائج البحث ،والتوصل الى أهم الاستنتاجات النهائیة فی کیفیة تطبیق أستراتیجیة التشکیل التآزری فی المشاریع الحضریة المعاصرة من خلال اعتبارها الموقف الوسیط فی التغلب على التحولات والتهجین الحضری وتعاملها مع الخصائص التشکیلیة على عدة مستویات: علاقات ،اماکن، تفاصیل. | ||
