| Abstract | ||
| This work aims at clarifying Imam Al-Bayhaqi's preponderance in his book Khilafiyat in the chapter on what spoils the prayer as a comparative jurisprudential study . I researched the jurisprudential issues differing between Imam Al-Shafi'i and Imam Abu Hanifa in the chapter on prayer spoilers and studied the issues of jurisprudence compared to seven schools of thought: the Hanafi, Shafi’i, Maliki, Hanbali, Zahiriya, Zaidi, and Imami, then I suggested the statement that he believed was correct according to the strength Guide . Then I proposed the argument that he believed the evidence was right and the issues of Imam Al-Bayhaqi in worship exceeded more than one hundred issues of the second pillar of Islam , It is the first thing a person asks on the Day of Resurrection, which is the prayer that a Muslim has to bring to bear in order for his prayer to be valid, with an explanation of his nullities and other issues that fall under the research fold. | ||
