| Abstract | ||
| The research is concerned with studying the term “Ifta’ in the Noble Qur’an, which was mentioned eleven times, and it is as follows: (They ask you, they ask you, they seek you, / 2, you ask for a referendum, Aftoni / 2, he drew us, and I didn’t, I asked them / 2), in nine verses distributed in five Surat of the Noble Qur’an, and its words came in four Meccan surats, according to the arrangement of the Qur’an: Yusuf, Al-Kahf, Al-Naml, Al-Saffat, except Surat Al-Nisa, which is Madaniyah .The research has goals, including: showing the accuracy of the Qur’an in the use of the word fatwa, revealing the mufti, to establish the concept of the fatwa, and then devising Qur’anic guidance | ||
