| Abstract | ||
| The present study aimed to identify the role of school administration in caring for gifted students from the point of view of the teachers of Dammam Eastern Province in Saudi Arabia, the sample of the study consisted of (115) teachers, and a questionnaire was prepared as a tool to collect data. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of the educational stage and the differences were in favor of the intermediate stage. The results also showed that there are no statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of experience and scientific qualification | ||
