| Abstract | ||
| There is no doubt that the international and regional organizations are of great importance as they are considered to be the active and supportive actors in the maintenance of international peace and security . the jurists differed over their importance , especially regional organizations . there are jurists who are supporters of those organizations who went on to claim that those organizations are important as they play important roles in the international community . it has contributions to achieving the goals of the international community in terms of development, as well as in maintaining international security and peace, in addition to its contributions in other fields that contribute to the development of international relations, whether political, economic, social, humanitarian, and other various fields. The work of these organizations through various means to reach a settlement acceptable to the parties to the conflict.
