Abstract
The current research problem has been identified in the following questions:- Is there a early maladaptive schemas For high school students ?- What is the role of some variables in determining early maladaptive schemas?The aim of the current research is to identify:3 - early maladaptive schemas For high school students.The researcher adopted the relational descriptive approach in his research, and the research sample consisted of (374) male and female students from high school students in the city of Ramadi for the academic year 2019-2020. The sample was chosen according to Stephen Thompson's equation.also adopted a measure of the early non-adaptive charts of (Jeffrey Young) the short form (YSQ-S1) consisting of (5) fields with (75) paragraphs, with five alternatives: (Strongly agree, totally agree, somewhat agree, not completely agree, Strongly disagree).After completing the application of the two scales on the individuals of the sample under the supervision of the researcher, the results showed:1 - Lack of early maladaptive schemas For high school students , because the average variable for early adaptations is less than the level of statistical significance.2 - There were no statistically significant differences between the average students high school on the scale of the early non-adaptive scales in variable (male, female), and the branch (scientific, literary)
