Abstract
لقد تطورت وسائل التكنولوجيا المعرفية ونظريات التعلم والتعليم مع تطور مدخل الوسائط المتعددة واصبح ظاهرة لها مدلولاتها ومبرراتها وآثارها في عمليتي التعلم والتعليم، والوسائط المتعددة ليست مجرد وسيلة تعليمية، بل هي عبارة عن عدة وسائل في وسيلة واحدة تحوي مزيجاً من النصوص المكتوبة والرسومات والأصوات والموسيقى والرسوم المتحركة والصور الثابتة والمتحركة يمكن تقديمها للمتعلم عن طريق الحاسوب فضلاً عن توفيرها لبيئة تعليمية حيوية تفاعلية تجمع بين التقنية العالية المتطورة والتشويق والإثارة، كما تعمل على تعزيز دافعية التعلم وتحفيز الطلبة الضعفاء والمتأخرين دراسياً على تلافي نواحي القصور لديهم، فضلاً عن ذلك يتم الربط بين عمليتي التعليم والتقويم، وهذا يؤدي إلى الإتقان.
