| ABSTRACTBack ground: This study is dealing with one of the expected problem of daily work in dentistry. It is an attempt to givemore attention to the hazard of bacterial contamination through specific dental tasks of prosthetic and radiography.This study aims to study the hazard of transmission of bacteria during prosthetic and radiographic work by usingbacteriological measurements and investigations.Materials and Methods: This study is designed to investigate 75 samples of three groups of swabs which were related tohands, stone casts and x-ray films and subjected to usual microscopic finding and culture media.Results: The data was collected in tables and figures and show different types of bacteria according to usualmicroscopic finding and culture media.Conclusion: Different types of bacteria were found in various related materials like Gypsum Cast, and X-ray films.Key words; Bacteria, Prosthodontics, Dental radiographic.
