Abstract
تم قياس المقاومية لأغشية (Se0.2Te0.8)2 CuIn و CuIn (Se0.8 Te0.2)2 الرقيقة والمحضرة بطريقة التبخير الحراري في الفراغ بسمك قدره (2255nm) ضمن المدى الحراري (300-473K) للعينات كما تم ترسيبها وللعينات التي خضعت الى عملية التلدين عند درجات الحرارة (373 K) و (473 K) لمدة ساعة بوجود الفراغ (10-2Torr). تم حساب طاقات التنشيط لهذه الاغشية قبل التلدين وبعده.
