Abstract
The study aimed to identify the level of leadership cadres and their role in the success of the administrative work mechanisms of the members of the training staff of departments and colleges of the University of Kirkuk, as well as to know the relationship between the leadership cadres and the success of the administrative work mechanisms of members of the training staff of departments and colleges of the University of Kirkuk. The members of the training staff of the departments and colleges of the University of Kirkuk, and the sample was deliberately chosen for those holding a master’s and doctorate degrees. The research community reached (33) trainers and the researchers adopted the measure of leadership competency for trainers, which consists of (30) paragraphs and concluded that there is a correlation between the leadership cadres of administrators The coaches, the level of performance, the excellence of the coaches and the administrators at a high level of leadership competence by directing the players and guiding them to the right path.
